Everest Region is perhaps the most popular trekking region in Nepal. Everest region is not only famous for its world highest mountain peak ‘Mount Everest’ but also for its unique natural beauty, Sherpa people and villages, monasteries and chortens, flora and fauna. The famous World Heritage Site national park “Sagarmatha National Park” lies in this region. Everest Base Camp trek leads you through the homeland of Nepal’s most wellknown ethnic group among the mountaineers & trekkers, the Sherpa’s.
The trek start from Lukla after 30 minutes flight from Kathmandu. The sudden change of sceneries & environment from the haphazard Kathmandu to tranquil Himalayan abodes mesmerizes & stuns the first time visitors. From Lukla you trek to Phadking. For the Everest Base Camp, the trekkers acclimatize for two days, the first in Namche Bazzar which is a fascinating Sherpa town in the Everest Region. You enjoy the spectacular views of mountains including Ama Dablam, Thamaserku and Kangtega. The second day you acclimatize & enjoy the sceneries & culture around Dingboche. |

Day 01: Kathmandu to Lukla (2800m, 30 minutes’ flight) and trek to Phadking (2700m)
Day 02: Phadking to Namche Bazaar (3420m)
Day 03: Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar (3420m)
Day 04: Namche to Tengboche (3850m)
Day 05: Tengboche to Pheriche (4240m) /Dingboche (4350m)
Day 06: Acclimatization day
Day 07: Pheriche/Dingboche to Lobuche (4930m)
Day 08: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5160m)
Day 09: Site trip to Kalapattar and Everest Base Camp
Day 10: Trek back to Pheriche
Day 11: Trek back to Tengboche
Day 12: Trek back to Namche
Day 13: Trek back to Lukla
Day 14: Flight back to Kathmandu (30 minutes flight)
